Dr. Eric Vandervoort is a Medical Physicist at the Ottawa Hospital Cancer Centre. His research and clinical focus is in radiation oncology, particularly in the area of stereotactic ablative radiosurgery. He has academic affiliations with the Department of Physics at Carleton University and the Department of Radiology at the University of Ottawa; collaborations with industry which include projects with radiation therapy equipment vendors Accuray, Elekta and Xcision; and has also worked with researchers at Medical Physics Unit at McGill University and the National Research Council Canada.
