Dr. Saull is a Senior Research Officer and Team Lead of the NRC Metrology Research Centre’s Radiation, Environment and Security (RES) team (one of two teams in the Ionizing Radiation Standards team). He is affiliated with Carleton University as an adjunct research professor in physics, and collaborates regularly with colleagues in industry and at Natural Resources Canada, Defence R&D Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and McGill University. His main areas of research lie in detector development (mainly Compton gamma imagers) and beta-ray dosimetry.
